These terms govern your use of doob.com.bd and the Doob ecommerce platform. By creating an account or using Doob, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information, including a mobile number you control.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account, including by team members you add.

• Paid plans, trials and add-ons are charged at the prices shown on our pricing page, in BDT.
• Plans are activated once your payment is verified. If a plan is not renewed, paid features may be limited or your store may be paused.
• Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or plan features; changes apply from your next billing period.

• You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, delivery, returns, customer service and taxes, and for complying with the laws of Bangladesh.
• You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you give Doob permission to host and display it to run your store.
• You must have the right to use any images, brand names or content you upload.

You may not use Doob to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or restricted products, or anything banned by Bangladeshi law;
• Mislead or defraud customers, including fake orders, fake reviews or false claims;
• Send spam, upload malware, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

If you resell products from the Doob wholesale catalog, the wholesale price, delivery charges and any fees shown at the time of the order apply, and you must follow the pricing rules shown in the catalog.

Couriers, payment providers, Meta, Daraz, WooCommerce and other services you connect are run by third parties under their own terms. Doob is not responsible for their outages, charges or decisions.

You can stop using Doob and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts other users or the platform at risk.

Doob is provided "as is". We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Doob is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms; continuing to use Doob after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@doob.com.bd.
